Grandma's famous pumpkin pie

  • Clue 1
You'll need to find the piece of the page that has been ripped off. This holds the key.
  • Clue 2
Are there any missing letters in the directions on the ripped off section? Write them out to see if they spell anything. Then, once you have a word, head back to the ingredients list to see if you can spot a number with your word.
  • Reveal the answer
    10. The missing letters in the ripped off directions spell out CREAM. Go back to the ingredients list and you need 10 cups of cream.

The Cranberry Sauce Spiral

  • Clue 1
Follow the spiral from the center outwards. Is there any significance on where the cranberries are placed on the spiral? Do they line up with a particular letter?
  • Clue 2
The first cranberry on the spiral lines up with the letter E on the outside of the spiral. The second cranberry, the letter I. Carry on this way, writing the letters down as you go.
  • Reveal the answer
EIGHT. Starting at the center of the spiral and working outwards, write down the letter on the outside that each cranberry lines up with. You should get E I G H T.

The Chopped Sweet Potatoes

This is an anagram. Re-arrange the letters on the sweet potatoes until they spell out a number.
  • Clue 2
The number you're looking for starts with TW...

TWELVE. Re-arrange the letters on the chopped sweet potatoes to spell out the number twelve.

Spot the difference

  • Clue 1
Your answer lies in the number of differences in picture 2 when compared to picture 1.
  • Clue 2
Start at the PARADE sign and work your way around clockwise. To start you off, there's a pile of pumpkins on image two that isn't on image one.
  • Reveal the answer
    5. The differences are: the pile of pumpkins next to the parade sign, the piece of pumpkin pie under the dancer's foot, the leaf above the dancer's head, the firework next to 'happy thanksgiving', and the trumpet held by the dancer on the bottom right.

The family photo riddle

  • Clue 1
If Dora is 15 and she is three times as old as Sara, you will need to divide 15 by 3 to get Sara's age.
  • Clue 2
So we know (see Clue 1) that Sara is 5 and Dora is 15. When Sara is 6, Dora will be 16 (Dora is not twice Sara's age). When Sara is 7, Dora will be 17 (Dora is not twice Sara's age). Carry on this way.
  • Reveal the answer
    20. So we know (see Clue 1) that Sara is 5 and Dora is 15. When Dora is 20, Sara will be 10 (we have added 5 years to each sister). At this point, Dora will be twice as old as Sara.

The Thanksgiving Table

  • Clue 1
You will need another piece of the puzzle to solve this. Can you see these shapes elsewhere?
  • Clue 2
This is a type of cipher. So if you compare it to the 'key' on the other piece of paper, you will see that your first shape is a 'C'. The second shape is an 'O'. And so on...
  • Reveal the answer
    19. Once you use your cipher to work out which letters the shapes correspond to, you will spell out COUNT THE TOTAL NUMBER OF TURKEYS. Across the whole game, including all of the puzzle numbers at the bottom of each page AND the turkey on the instruction page, there are 19 turkeys!

The picture riddle

  • Clue 1
Say what you see. The first image is CORN. Minus 'RN' from this and you end up with CO. Then you have a DEER - ER. You end up with CODE. Carry on like this.
  • Clue 2
From Clue 1 we have CODE so far. Next you have an ISLAND, minus a plane landing. Could this be ISLAND - LAND = IS?
  • Reveal the answer
ONE. We have worked out the first two lines in Clue 1 and Clue 2. Now, take ONION - ION = ON. ON + E = ONE.
