The Sticky Note

  • Clue 1
    Could the pictures be words?
  • Clue 2
When you translate the pictures into words and remove or add those words (as instructed by the ‘-’ or ‘+’ signs, respectively), can you see a sentence begin to appear?
  • Reveal the answer
Three. COAT - AT (CO) + DEAL - AL (DE) = CODE. ISLAND - LAND = IS. THINK - INK (TH) + REED - D (REE) = THREE.

The Baby Bottle

  • Clue 1
You will need another piece of the puzzle to solve this bottle. Can you see anything that could go with it?
  • Clue 2
The little heart on the bottle is the start of your puzzle. Can you see it anywhere else on another sheet?
  • Reveal the answer
Twelve. Follow the instructions on the sheet of paper with the baby drinking from the bottle (with the small heart). Start at the heart on the baby bottle word search and read three left , two up, four right, two up and six left. You should see “the code is twelve”.

The Pink Crib

  • Clue 1
You will need another sheet to solve this puzzle. Which one could go with it?
  • Clue 2
Those shapes you can see on the crib appear on the baby shower poster.
  • Reveal the answer
Five. The code reveals that you must count the number of rattles. There are five pictures of rattles altogether across the whole game.

A Little One is on the Way

  • Clue 1
Can you see another page which looks very similar? You will need this to crack the code.
  • Clue 2
The numbers on the identical heart follow a pattern. This is the key to the code written below the heart.
  • Reveal the answer
Twenty. Write the letters in the heart next to the numbers on the identical heart. Then, use this is a cipher to break the code in the scroll below. ‘9’ is ’t’, ‘7’ is ‘w’, ‘!’ is ‘e’, ‘2’ is ’n’, ‘9’ is ’t’, 0 is ‘y’. So 97!290 is twenty.

The Crib Riddle

  • Clue 1
Start with Olivia, as she will sleep in her favourite colour.
  • Clue 2
Work out Chloe next and the rest will follow. When you figure out where Ben sleeps, you will need to use the baby paint poster to crack the code.
  • Reveal the answer
Twenty-four. Ben will only sleep in the green crib. Chloe will sleep in the yellow crib, John will be in blue, Olivia will be in violet, Robert will be in red (reasoning below).Once you know it is the green crib, you must go to the baby paint poster and mix the two primary colours which make green (yellow + blue). The two prices together make 24. REASONING: Olivia sleeps in violet, because it’s her favourite colour. Chloe can either be in yellow, green or violet, as she doesn’t like red or blue. As Chloe sleeps on the left, we can presume that she sleeps in the yellow crib. Robert will sleep at either end (yellow or red). But as Chloe is in yellow, he will be in red. John can sleep in only the primary colours (yellow, blue and red). As yellow and red are already taken, he will be in blue.So we know that Ben sleeps in the green crib.

The Baby’s Bedroom

  • Clue 1
There are four colourful pictures on the wall. Can you see these colours elsewhere.
  • Clue 2
The order of the coloured pictures matters, as does the order of the matching words on the clouds.
  • Reveal the answer
Four. Take the first letter from ‘FEEL’, the second letter from ‘LOVE’, the third letter from ‘AMUSE’ and the fourth letter from ‘RETRY’. This spells out FOUR.

The Diaper

  • Clue 1
Crack the code on the diaper to figure out your number.
  • Clue 2
Write out the alphabet on a piece of paper. Can you use this to work out what the code on the diaper is telling you to do?
  • Reveal the answer
Nine. Each letter on the diaper corresponds to two letters before in the alphabet. So ‘v’ is ’t’ and ‘j’ is ‘h’ and so on. The nappy says: ‘the total number of cribs’. Across the whole game you will count a total of 9 cribs.
