REFUND POLICY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of Withdrawal Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you may use the withdrawal/cancellation button on our website or contact us at hello@instantescapegames.com.

Exception for Digital Content In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on a non-tangible medium (downloadable games, PDF files, etc.) where performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By ticking the checkbox at checkout, you expressly acknowledge these conditions and waive your right of withdrawal from the moment the download begins.

Physical Products For physical products, refund or exchange requests are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@instantescapegames.com with your proof of purchase.

Refunds Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of our decision by email. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Sale Items Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
